RETURN POLICY

You may return some items sold by First Class Aquatics within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not included in refund. We will accept returns on these unused items (we will only issue a refund after the item has been received by us and inspected, please allow 7-10 days):

• Kalk Reactors
• Refugiums
• Pump holders
• Standard size round flanges
• Finnex lights (only if item is defective)
• Tanks
• Standard vivarium inserts

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Customized flanges (such as square or an extremely unusual size)
• Any Customized reactors, tanks, vivariums, inserts, refugiums, or any other item that we deem unsaleable due to the unique nature of the product
• All custom laser cut acrylic
• Any item that has been used

Any item we sell that is returned because of a defect will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.

CHECK POLICY

We accept personal checks as a means of payment. ALL checks are held for 7-10 business days until it has cleared the bank. Any check returned for NSF will be charged a $30 fee (charged to us by our bank).

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no cancellations on any orders that have been started or if materials have been ordered. No exceptions.
